I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor through CCPA with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a concentration in Immigration and Multiculturalism in Canada. I worked as an HR for about 7 years, where I hired and settled hundreds of foreign workers, and spent the last 4 years helping foreign-trained doctors get relicensed or pursue a new career in Canada as a Career Advisor. I understand the grief skilled immigrants go through as they lose their professional identity and the stress of trying to obtain a job, as well as the stress of taking care of their family without support from their family and friends back home.

As a 1.5-generation immigrant from Hong Kong, I am fluent in Cantonese, however, I often incorporate English and translate back and forth.
