Bio

Feeling numb and detached from the world around you? Constantly tired of feeling the way you feel? Nervous or scared about therapy and not sure where to start? You’re not alone, and I’m here to support you! My goal is to understand who you are, what matters to you, and what challenges you’re facing without judgement. I specialize in trauma with particular focus with LGBTQ+ folx on the journey of self-discovery and acceptance, BIPOC individuals who have experienced cultural, racial, intergenerational trauma or immigration stress, and those who have survived relationship violence like narcissistic abuse or sexual trauma.

I approach therapy with a culturally sensitive and intersectional lens. I recognize, acknowledge, and respect each aspect of the authentic you. Your journey may involve non-traditional approaches that incorporate what brings you joy— maybe it’s creative arts, video games, TTRPGs, anime, etc. Together, we’ll explore and find strategies that resonate with you.

Starting on this process can be scary or exhausting but know it can also be empowering and life changing. If you’re seeking a therapist who is warm, affirming, and committed to your well-being, I invite you to reach out to see if we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll navigate the winds of change and discover the path to healing and self-discovery.
