Bio
Starting therapy can be scary — it’s hard to open up about things that hurt. Maybe you feel stuck, exhausted, or just not like yourself anymore. Maybe you’re tired of pretending everything’s fine when it’s not. If you’re feeling this way, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m here to help you sort through the messy, heavy stuff that’s been weighing you down. We’ll work together in a way that feels real and honest, not judgmental or clinical. My goal is to really understand you—who you are, what’s important to you, and how we can help you feel more grounded and connected.
I work with people who’ve been through a lot—especially when it comes to trauma. For some, that may mean healing from tough relationships/violence, dealing with cultural stressors, or finding self-acceptance in your identities. As a geek certified therapist, we’ll try to explore mental health in a way that makes sense through anime, TTRPG, video games, etc.
Starting on this process can be scary… but know it can also be empowering and life changing. You don’t have to have it all figured out. If you’re seeking a therapist who is warm, affirming, and committed to your well-being, I invite you – reach out. Together, we’ll navigate the winds of change and discover the path to healing and self-discovery.
