Dr. Nguyen’s areas of specialization include life adjustment problems related to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, healthcare professional resilience and wellbeing, and men’s issues. He employs evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to facilitate positive change and help his patients achieve lasting well-being.
