We often walk through life without realizing how heavily other people’s judgements, expectations, and biases weigh on us. Trying to untangle our identity from how others see us can be overwhelming. Reaching out for help is tough and can be a little scary and I acknowledge your vulnerability and bravery.

Just a few of the reasons you might be here:  You question yourself or your interactions with others (especially family). You struggle with making decisions. You find focus and following through on commitments impossible. You need help with establishing and maintaining healthy relationships.
