I specialize in helping ambitious, driven high achieving professionals/students with high perfectionistic anxiety who’ve endured childhood trauma/neglect/abuse and relational struggles process what’s holding them back from their potential and gain more authenticity.

You’ve managed to do it by yourself, but you don’t have to work on this alone. We’ll break down the barriers keeping you from your true self & the authentic connections you deserve. As a daughter of immigrants, I can understand the struggle of navigating the challenges of dealing with adjusting to school while dealing with the expectations of “knowing everything” and translating for your parents. As a first-generation college student, I can understand the pressure to achieve.

We’ll find solutions tailored to your needs/identities. There’s active engagement, emotional validation, and practical strategies like experiential, concrete activities. We’ll increase your insight and engage in deep work to process past experiences and present behaviors. You will find me as warm and genuine, yet direct and interactive. Be ready for hard questions if you’re ready to face them even if they’re uncomfortable. Finding a good fit can be overwhelming. Your growth is my goal. You’re more than “another client” to me. I genuinely care about your needs and concerns and will work hard for you.

I understand your innate desire for authentic human connection where you are truly heard. Therefore, I am intentional about providing a healing environment where you feel supported to express vulnerability and explore root causes to find solutions for your concerns. You’re welcome as you are. No need to show up any other way than as yourself.

My treatment integrates multiple frameworks of evidence-based psychotherapies. I utilize strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral, and emotions-focused interventions. With gentle challenges and a caring embrace, I will walk alongside you to establish manageable steps to meet your goals.

I’m so proud of you for this. Take care of yourself the way you care so much for others.
