As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor and a yoga instructor, I bring expertise in therapy for adults with dual diagnosis, and bridging children’s services, having worked in foster care and school settings. Through these diverse experiences, I’ve gained a deep understanding of family dynamics. My focus areas include anxiety, trauma, and providing support to adolescents through adulthood.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am dedicated to implementing a trauma-informed, person-centered and mindfulness-based approach in my practice, familiar with and utilizing a blend of psychodynamic, attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), all within a multicultural framework. This approach empowers individuals and families from diverse backgrounds to navigate their unique challenges with resilience and strength.
