As a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 3 years of experience in the field of counselling and psychotherapy, I am committed to assisting individuals coping with anxiety, OCD, and depression, helping couples/interracial couples overcome infidelity and conflicts, and building stronger, more resilient relationships.

Drawing from my journey as a visible minority and mother, I understand the unique challenges individuals and families face in navigating changes within the system. What you can expect in session is a relaxed, safe and non-judgmental space where you can just be You. I will walk alongside you throughout this journey to embrace you and facilitate changes.

I utilize an integrative and trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I have experience helping with issues such as interracial marriage/relationship challenges, trauma, motor vehicle accidents, transracial and transcultural adoption and bicultural identity integration.

Reach out to me for a free consultation, and get to know me first, you want a therapist that resonates with you. I provide counselling service in English and Mandarin.
