Bio

Email is the best way to reach me. I am taking new clients now. (Updated April 2025). I offer holistic and somatic oriented therapy for high achieving individuals who:

  • Always a helper for parents, family members, friends and tired but not wanting to disappoint others
  • Don’t feel like they belong and struggles with a sense of ‘otherness’
  • Well aware of personal history and the reasons why you are the way you are but don’t know how to move past the why
  • Can’t seem to say no to others but feels guilty so you say yes even if that overwhelms you
  • Coping skills that worked before isn’t quite effective and feeling frustrated

Glad you found me! As a team, you and I will slowly address the core of your challenges along with the symptoms, so you can release the unhelpful patterns that has kept you in place, reconnect with moments of joy, feel more energized, and feel more connected with people in your life.

We begin by exploring what’s bothering you.  My work is trauma-informed, which means I value your emotional safety. I prioritize the process of building a trusting working relationship as a team. The foundation of my approach is relational psychodynamic but I use Brainspotting, an evidence-based therapy that facilitates change in the way you feel about yourself and the world. This gentle, somatic-oriented approach aims to help you to regain clarity, feel confident, and feel lighter from within.

As a clinician with experiences working in higher education and hospital setting, I have worked with and witnessed a wide range of individuals overcome their challenges and found lightness and joy. Creating safe space to process life experiences for those who have felt like an outcast is my mission. I will guide you to explore your inner landscapes to identify patterns, to remove obstacles, and to cultivate a personal practice that feels empowering to you. You are one step closer to feeling lighter by reaching out. Let’s begin.
