Bio

Email is the best way to reach me. I am taking new clients now. (Updated April 2024). I offer therapy for those who are feeling stuck, helpless, and alone whether that is due to anxiety, grief, past trauma, or physical/medical conditions. I also work with older adults and caregivers dealing with aging process. Sometimes, our stress can show up in one or more of the following symptoms: irritability, breathlessness, decreased energy, easily distracted, insomnia, nightmares, shame, flashbacks, digestive issues and unhealthy eating habits. Talking can be hard and you may have read self-help books but not satisfied with the outcome. Together, we will aim to help you feel hopeful & for a felt sense of relief.

We begin by exploring what’s bothering you.  My work is trauma-informed, which means I value your emotional safety and building a trusting working relationship as a team. I offer Brainspotting, somatic, and mindfulness integrated psychotherapy so you can regain clarity, feel confident, and feel lighter from within. Brainspotting is an evidence-based therapy that facilitates change so we can begin to feel unstuck and build meaningful connections.

As a clinician with experiences working in higher education and hospital setting, I have worked with and witnessed a wide range of individuals overcome their challenges. Creating safe space to process life experiences for those who have felt like an outcast is my mission. I will guide you to explore your inner landscapes to identify patterns, to remove obstacles, and to cultivate a personal practice that feels empowering to you. You are one step closer to feeling lighter by reaching out. Let’s begin.
