Bio
You’re exhausted, both physically and emotionally. From an early age, you’ve learned to work hard and keep going, no matter what. And while you’re proud of your hard-earned accomplishments, you’re also stressed out and overwhelmed by work, family, and the pressure to balance it all. After enduring the weight of a global pandemic, you may be feeling a new sense of unease, and you might be exploring the layers of your cultural identity for the first time. You need a break and a safe space to set this all down.
In our sessions together, you can expect to receive compassionate, culturally-responsive, gender-affirming support. If you’ve grown up with perfectionism and the idea that emotions should stay hidden, believe me — I get it. We’ll work together to explore a more empowered, authentic way of living your life.
You deserve to embrace all aspects of yourself — not just the parts of you that achieve and perform. You deserve to take up space. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out. You are not alone.
Rates/Insurance
I offer telehealth sessions to clients throughout California, and also have a few in-person spots available in Pleasanton. My fee is $200 per 50-minute session; I’m considered an out-of-network provider so I don’t work directly with insurance companies, but I can provide an itemized receipt (also called a “superbill”) for you to submit for reimbursement. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, so it’s definitely worth a few moments to call your insurance provider and ask!
