Bio

You weren’t meant to do this alone. Sometimes, strength is in allowing yourself to be vulnerable and accept support. Maybe you’ve tried to open up before and got hurt. Maybe it’s time to take another chance. I offer a non-judgmental space and work at your pace so that you can feel at ease. Every person is different. To me, you’re not just another client. Therapy sessions with me are tailored to your specific needs. I offer you personalized guidance and techniques to improve your life and find lasting relief.

Specific populations that I tend to work with include people who grew up too fast, Asian Americans, adult adoptees, survivors of narcissistic abuse, and perfectionists/high achievers. Common themes include attachment, relationship issues, communication, emotions, depression, anxiety, cultural conflicts, self-esteem, stress, and inner child healing. You deserve to feel better. As your therapist, you can come as you are. I’ll meet you with compassion, humor, the occasional meme, and expertise.

Therapy with me will help you understand yourself better, understand others better, and find inner peace. I use a warm and empathetic approach to support you and teach you the techniques that you’ll need to reach your goals. If you’re looking for a therapist with lived experience that genuinely cares about your well-being, let’s chat!
