Bio

Hello! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in WA state. I specialize in working with those who struggle with childhood and adulthood onset trauma/PTSD, dissociation, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. EMDR is my preferred thereapeutic modality rooted in humanistic orientation. I love helping clients overcome and thrive in spite of their painful past, feel more comfortable in their own skin, expand capacity for a broader emotional experience, and being more connected to self and others.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, intimacy related issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
