Looking for someone who just gets it? I have had the privilege of working with individuals who come from diverse cultural backgrounds and unique childhood experiences. I believe everyone has a unique and important story to share. Together we will uncover and enhance your strengths so that you can achieve your goals.
My services are in English and Cantonese and my main interventions are Emotion-focused therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Brainspotting, EMDR, play therapy, internal family systems. I utilize a mix of western and eastern cultural lens in my therapy.
