Lizzie is a 2nd generation Thai-American, License Professional Counselor from Dallas, TX. Lizzie has worked with adolescents and adults in a variety of environments, from the school setting to inpatient treatment for eating disorders. She is currently a full-time Middle School Counselor and part-time Therapist at a local private practice, Dallas Healing House. She is currently taking new clients (adults only).

Lizzie is a person-centered therapist with a holistic view of client care. She works with people who are ready to address concerns related (but not limited) to: stress, anxiety, depression, body image, self-worth, generational and immigrant family trauma, friendship & relationship distress. She’s committed to guiding clients to discover impactful coping skills, set appropriate boundaries, and to value their own worth. Lizzie is currently training to become a trauma-informed therapist.

Lizzie felt called to counseling in an effort to make an impact in the world. Her approach to counseling is to provide warmth, empathy, and connection so that clients feel safe enough to take the next step – together.
