Bio

Hi! I’m a Pakistani American therapist, specializing in helping people find balance within themselves and in their relationships. I know what it’s like to juggle our values and identities in different relationships and settings. We’re often living in between our identities, causing confusion, stress and disharmony within ourselves and with the people we love. Therapy can be a bridge to understanding and harmonizing these various aspects of ourselves.

Your relationships are unique, and so the tools you will need to restore balance will be equally unique. We will focus on gently unraveling the complexities you are navigating by delving into the underlying emotions that maintain the current dynamic. You and/or each member of your couple or family relationship will feel heard, understood, and, most importantly, accepted.
