Bio
Accepting new clients with immediate availability – Hello! My name is Han. I generally work with teens and adults who may be experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, guilt/shame, and/or concerns with self-confidence. I also have experience working with individuals who want to explore or understand their identities, such as cultural or religious identities. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals who are exploring or questioning their careers. I am particularly passionate about working with clients who hold marginalized identities.
I approach therapy with curiosity and openness while being person-centered, collaborative, and relational. I encourage my clients to discover their strengths, find solutions, and build awareness and insight of their thoughts and feelings in order to promote change.
Starting therapy might be a scary step, so please feel free to email me with any questions you may have. If you are interested in working with me, please contact me via email. You can also schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with me. I look forward to hearing from you.
