Bio

Is your mind constantly on overdrive, ruminating on thoughts that you can’t let go of? Do you generally overthink & overcomplicate a process because you’re hyper-focused on doing it perfectly? Do you experience self-doubt and feel stuck in your own head – replaying conversations, interactions, and decisions that occurred? Are you worried about all of the “what ifs” in your life? If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions, I’m here to support you. We can work together to manage these overwhelming feelings and cope with the challenges that you’re experiencing.

I specialize in working with women and genderqueer people who struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, unhealthy perfectionism, and racial / multicultural / immigrant identities. As a therapist, my goal is to support you as we work toward finding greater clarity, calm, compassion, courage, and confidence.
If you’re looking for a safe and caring environment to help facilitate change and improve your quality of life, then you’ve come to the right place. Therapy can help you uncover the strength to overcome challenges and build a purposeful life. I hope to hear from you soon!
