Bio

My practice is rooted in social justice and lived experience. Every session is approached with curiosity of your unique experiences and backgrounds. I’m committed to you being seen, valued, and heard. Connecting as a human, I’m a first-generation Queer & neurodivergent person, with commitment and integrity to heal from internalized and systemic oppressions.

I specialize in working with neurodiversity and ADHD, OCD, complex trauma, intergenerational healing, non-traditional relationships, grief, identity, depression, anxiety, and couple and family therapy. As well as with LGBTQIA+, diaspora, immigrant, and refugee communities.

Compassion-based practices through writing and poetry, meditation, and somatic tools are integrated. I look forward to getting to know you, your hopes and dreams, and while creating change that respects these unique aspects.
