Bio

Feeling stuck, lonely, angry, panicked, unsure of yourself and your relationship? I help individuals and couples reach their most capable and confident selves by facing life’s many challenges, such as relational conflict, trauma, and grief.

Trauma and grief is hard, you might feel isolated and second guess yourself. Whether you’re suffering from losing a loved one, constant conflict with partner(s), or forced transitions. It can feel as though life is unfairly difficult and lonely. I may be able to help. In my work with relationships, I help them form new and more meaningful connections when there have been painful rifts that lead to feelings of hopelessness. By emphasizing the patterns that partners find themselves trapped in, we can work together to dismantle the breakdowns. At times, we focus on troubled aspects of oneself that can be integrated, to feel more whole. Working together might be to recognize how thoughts contribute to outlook and impact your feeling of “stuckness.” I actively partner with you to foster healing through an eclectic use of therapeutic approaches that would be right for you. I want to enrich your life by meeting you where you are, walking alongside you to support greater well-being, harmony, and self-efficacy.

The liminal space can feel like a barren wilderness, difficult to navigate. Gaining a sense of meaning around hidden emotions, more security, and to help make the implicit explicit. To make sense of one’s experiences, ordering them in a way that provides healing, control, grounding, and relief. I offer a free consultation.
