There are many ways to address your needs and concerns, and I’ve tried a lot over the years.
I find that I like theories and tools that are evidence-based and address systems. Why do I like them? Because they work! Even with a wide range of individuals, couples, children, families, and groups. We’re always learning more about how our brains and relationships work. To ensure I have the best tools to help you, I continue pursuing more education.
This all helps me walk with people through trauma, crisis, affairs, loss, depression, anxiety, and many other stressful situations.
