Pronouns: She / Her

Bio

Hi, my name is Nashina (pronounced: nuh-she-na) and my pronouns are she/her. I believe in your ability to change, heal, and thrive. Our ancestors passed down more than trauma—they passed down rituals, values, practices of rest and resilience, and, of course joy. Tapping into this is what helps us navigate our struggles.

I support BIPOC and folks who want to challenge old narratives and to (re-) learn tools and practices for deep-seated change. I support people at various levels of awareness in addressing and healing the impact of oppression in its many forms.

My honor is in supporting you to grasp on to those moments of courage, place down the armor and welcome the beauty, love, and connection this life has to offer.
