Bio
I believe that everyone is pure and innocent at birth. Experiences in life have shaped our thoughts, affected our emotions, and changed our behaviors. Healthy/unhealthy relationships affect how we live our life…influencing us to trust or distrust others. We also forget that we have many choices and many paths…Some people turn to drugs/alcohol to keep themselves alive. Even more heartbreaking, some of us believe that death is the only way out.
My emphasis is to help my clients recover their true selves…getting in touch with the child within, appreciating and loving who they really are. I ask questions, do art, play music, talk, walk along, EMDR, or simply just be with clients, guiding them and challenging their old beliefs and habits until they find their paths to recover who they are meant to be.
The focus of treatment is to inspire creativity, discover true self, encourage esteem, and develop an understanding of oneself, one’s roots, and one’s relationship with others. You have all the wisdom, my job is to help you discover them by peeling off defense mechanisms one layer at a time. **NO FREE CONSULTATION. PLEASE READ MY PROFILE BEFORE EMAILING ME** I accept Anthem Bluecross, Kaiser, Aetna, and Healthnet/MHN.
