Bio

Hi there! I’m Olivia (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#12424). I work from a trauma-informed, person-centred approach in order to help clients achieve change in a way that is meaningful for them.

My work in a helping profession began with my career as a Registered Nurse. While my background as a Registered Nurse in a mental health setting contributes to my experience in a unique way, psychotherapy services are only offered under my license as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Nursing services, including psychotherapy under my nursing license, are not offered.

As a transracial adoptee, I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have been adopted. I also enjoy working with those impacted by:

  • Neurodiversity (whether formally diagnosed or suspected)

  • Caregiving

  • Challenges related to working in healthcare

  • Attachment-related concerns, including relational dynamics and boundary setting

  • Grief and ambiguous loss
