Bio

Since 2013, I have helped many busy, driven professionals who feel “stuck” in their relationships and careers as well as disconnected from themselves and others who matter to them. Through our therapeutic relationship, you will gain personal insight, identify and change problematic patterns, and use deepened self-awareness to improve your relationship with yourself and others.

I use a warm, compassionate, open, and supportive style with integrative clinical approaches tailored to your specific needs in order to partner with you to create positive change.

I enjoy working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, and have extensive experience working with other BIPOC individuals, with a special focus on Asian/South Asian clients and first-generation Americans/children of immigrants.

Flexible daytime sessions are available Monday through Friday. I am offering exclusively online therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms.
